Quick answers
Does a listed job come with sponsorship?+
No promise. A recognised sponsor is allowed to sponsor a visa. It does not sponsor every role, and the salary rules still apply. Ask the employer before you apply.
Where does the sponsor list come from?+
From the IND public register of recognised sponsors, which is free on ind.nl. You pay for the daily match with live jobs and the morning email. First Job Daily is not part of the IND and is not endorsed by it.
How do I stop the emails?+
Reply STOP to any email. That ends the search you signed up for and nothing further is sent. It does not block your address: if you change your mind later, you can sign up again with the same email whenever you like.
To have your details deleted as well, email hello@firstjobdaily.com. You will get a confirmation once it is done.
What happens when my search ends?+
The emails stop. Nothing renews on its own and nothing is charged again.
We send you a note the day before your last email, so the end does not arrive as silence. After a paid search, one more email asks whether you want to continue. After the free trial, the note before your last email is the only one. If you do nothing, you will not hear from us again.
Already have a search running on this email?+
Buying again adds the days to it and keeps your current job titles. Use the link in any email to change them. No automatic refund is due once the service you bought is fully delivered. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Can I change my search?+
Yes. Every email we send has an Edit your search link at the bottom. It opens your search already filled in, so you can change the job titles, the city, or the distance, and save.
Your next morning email uses the new search. Your email address, your end date, and anything you paid stay exactly as they are.
I made a typo. What now?+
Use the Edit your search link in your confirmation email and fix it. The change applies from your next morning email.
Sending the signup form again will not fix it. We cannot tell you from anyone else who knows your address, so the form never changes a search that is already running. The link in your inbox is what proves it is you.
Will every email contain jobs?+
Not always. Stale, closed, irrelevant, and unverified jobs are left out. A morning with no new verified match is a normal result.
Your confirmation includes the first matching result within 5 minutes. The full first list normally follows within 30 minutes, then fresh links arrive every morning at 08:00.
