Withdraw from a purchase

Within 14 days of payment

If you are an EU consumer, you can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of buying the list. Opening or using the list does not end that period. Paddle handles any refund under its policy and applicable consumer law.

Open Paddle's Customer Portal with the email address you used at checkout. Choose the sponsor list transaction, then choose Request withdrawal and confirm it. The manage transaction link in Paddle's payment confirmation email also opens your purchase. Paddle handles the request and refund.

If the withdrawal option is missing or you cannot access the portal, contact Paddle buyer support. You may withdraw by any clear statement to Paddle before the deadline. You can email hello@firstjobdaily.com about access to the list.

After you withdraw

Paddle says it refunds eligible EU withdrawals within 14 days of receiving the request. Once Paddle approves the refund, the list access bought with that payment closes. Paddle sends the purchase confirmation and handles the withdrawal request.
